You Get to Choose Your Delivery Option
Your bounce house will be delivered according to the delivery method you selected at reservation. Pick the option that fits your event best.
Anytime delivery 0–48 hours before your chosen rental time. Most deliveries occur the day before. You'll receive a text message 1–2 days prior confirming your delivery window. Any extra time is always complimentary!
Residential customers don't need to be home — just place an item in the yard to mark the spot and leave detailed directions on the front door.
Same-day delivery. We'll have your unit fully set up and ready by the start of your event. Perfect when you don't want to think about timing.
A $20 charge applies in addition to the standard delivery fee.
Best for events, surprise parties, public parks, schools, churches, daycares, or venues with strict start and end times. You choose a 90-minute delivery window and we'll work directly with you to coordinate everything.
A team member will be in contact to discuss and confirm the exact window.
You Choose Pick Up Too
Your bounce house will be picked up according to the pick up method you selected at reservation. Here's how each option works.
Anytime pickup 0–48 hours after your chosen rental end time. Most pickups occur the same day. You'll receive a text message the day before confirming your pickup window.
Residential customers don't need to be present — we just need access to the yard.
We'll have the unit picked up by the end of your event. Great for maintaining a clean yard or returning rental equipment the same day.
A $20 charge applies in addition to the standard delivery/pickup fee.
Best for strict schedules, public venues, and surprise parties. We'll arrive within 90 minutes after your end time for pickup — no guessing, no waiting.
Required for public parks, event venues, churches, schools, daycares, and community clubhouses.

You'll always receive a heads-up text 1–2 days before delivery and the day before pickup so you're never caught off guard.
