When will Delivery occur?

**Your bounce house rental will be delivered according to the delivery method you selected at the time of reservation.

FLEXIBLE Early Delivery: Anytime Delivery 0-36 hours before chosen rental time. No additional charge outside of standard delivery fee. Most deliveries will be made the day before but not guaranteed. You will receive a text message 1-2 days prior to your rental date to confirm a delivery window. This may be 1-2 days prior to your rental, but any extra time is ALWAYS complimentary!

Residential customers do not have to be present as long as we have access to the yard. Please place an item in the yard where the delivery will go and put detailed directions on the front door. (We will send you a text message to confirm a delivery window the day or two before delivery)

CHOICE Delivery: Same Day delivery. We will have units set up by the start of your event. There is a $20 charge in addition to the delivery fee.

PRECISE Delivery: Best for events, surprise parties, or gatherings with strict start & end times, and required if your event will be in a public park, event venue, church, school, daycare, or community clubhouse. Jump N Play Party Rentals works directly with schools, businesses, churches and other organizations to customize delivery plans! We work with you by providing the option to choose a 90 minute window for delivery and pick up! A member of our team will be in contact with you to discuss the delivery window.

When will Pick up occur?
